Searching
Click on Product Catalog from the menu on the left side of the screen. Then select Search from the menu at the top of the that screen. You can search on any word or phrase that describes the product you are looking for.

Product List
For a complete list of products on our website, click on Product Catalog from the menu on the left side of the screen. Then select Product List from the menu at the top of the that screen.

Adding to your shopping cart
Simply click the "Add to Shopping Cart" or "Buy One Now" buttons to add a product to your cart.  The "Add to Shopping Cart" button allows you to continue shopping. The "Buy One Now" button takes you to check out.  If you have not logged in or do not yet have an account, you will be asked to either log in or create an account.  You may also place an order without an account.

You will then be asked to tell us where to ship your products.  This can be to your own address, an address from your address book or a new address.  Note that you may save multiple shipping addresses with your account for future use.  You will also be asked to specify a shipping preference and method of payment.

Payment Methods
Reflections Plus accepts Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express.  If you prefer to pay by check, call us or send us an email and we will arrange it.   Orders are accepted from most countries worldwide.  Your credit card information is transmitted securely, as evidenced by the lock icon that appears on your browser during check-out, and also by the https address of the check-out pages.

You may also call 1-303-850-7956 to place an order over the phone.  If you use a credit card, your order will ship within 48 hours.  If you pay by personal check, your order will ship 7 business days after we receive your check.

Sales Tax
A 2.9% sales tax is added to orders shipped to Colorado addresses.

Returns
Merchandise returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.  Please call or email us for a return authorization code.
